How do I buy tix?

Tickets are sold online at plethos.org, there is no ticket purchasing done over the phone. Our latest offerings are on our homepage and you can peak at the whole year’s run by visiting our Season page. Some tickets may be available at the door, but our shows frequently sell out, so remember: always check online before you swing by!

What does 'all reserved' mean?

If a show is marked as all reserved it means we’ve sold out and no more seats are available for purchase. 

How does 'Early Bird' work?

If you buy a ticket more than 7 days before the first performance of a show’s run, tickets are $5 off the General Admission price.

What time should I arrive?

This varies, but we will send an email reminder a few days before your show to let you know the best time to arrive. This will usually be one hour before the show with doors opening 30-60 minutes before the curtain time. 

What if I get hungry?

There will ALWAYS  be food! Our mainstage shows offer unique catering experiences available for purchase while our comedy performances have snacks and the JPs full menu to make it dinner and a show!

What's on the menu?

We make every effort to ensure there are food options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests at all events where meals are served. Specific menus are typically finalized one to two weeks before the event. Keep an eye out on our social media, as we will post it to the Plethos Instagram and Facebook pages. We also post it on the ticket page. If the menu is not yet available no further information is available yet.

Is the venue outdoors?

TwiningVine Winery and Heirloom East Bay are completely outdoor venues so we encourage checking the weather report before your show and dressing accordingly.

OOPS! I need a ticket exchange, what do I do?

Email info@plethos.org from the account used to make your original purchase. Let us know what day/time you bought tix for and what day/time you’d like to exchange them for. 

The show is sold out but I really need 1 or 2 more tix for my party - what can I do?

Your party is welcome to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the show to see if any cancelations have made tickets available. If not, at the start of the show any open seats will be available for purchase. Seating is not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Taylor Iman Jones is an Actor, Singer, and Teaching Artist based out of New York City. She made her Broadway debut in Groundhog Day the Musical, later originated the role of Mopsa in Head Over Heels, and most recently played Catherine Parr in SIX the musical. Off-Broadway and regional credits include: Andy Sachs in the Chicago production of The Devil Wears Prada,  Scotland, Pa at Roundabout Theater Company, The Tale of Despereaux at The Old Globe in San Diego, and The Who’s Tommy at The Kennedy Center. And she performed with the National tours of Hamilton (Peggy/Mariah) and American Idiot (Extraordinary Girl). As a Bay Area native, you could have seen her performing with American Conservatory Theater, San Francisco Playhouse, Center Rep, Berkeley Playhouse, and many more.
